Car Parking:
There is no car parking available behind the building except by special arrangement. Nearby parking for short stays is available in The Strand itself and is payable by a meter that gives a ticket.
The cheapest parking is at the end of the car park facing the water, just past Victoria Park. It is also a meter and payable by the hour. You need to park beyond the Tourist Information Centre in the last two blocks to gain a cheaper rate. It will take you 5 minutes to walk through the Park to the building.

Directions From Barnstable:
From Barnstaple/Tiverton you need to take the A371 from Barnstaple heading towards Bude. After the high bridge over the water turn left at Haywards roundabout towards Bideford. Follow down the hill, pass Morrisons on your left. Turn right at the Esso garage into Chingswell Street and first right into The Strand. Tower House Counselling is at the end of The Stand and is the tall Victorian building facing you as you walk along the road. The entrance is around the back of the building up a metal staircase.
Directions From Torrington:
From Torrington/Holsworthy you enter Bideford via A385, pass the old bridge on your right. Continue along by the waterside and follow the road around to the left away form the water. Just before the garage on your right is the turning left into Chingswell street and next right is The Strand.
